What to Expect
Each 75-minute session is intentionally designed to support deep nervous system restoration and grounding.
You’ll be guided through:

As the sun sets and the evening slows, we gather in nature to create space for rest, connection, and healing.
This experience is intentionally intimate to preserve the peaceful energy of the space.

Heavy rain, thunderstorms, or unsafe weather conditions: sessions will be rescheduled.
Participants will be notified by 12:00 PM on the day of the event, or as soon as possible, if weather-related changes are necessary.

Not at all. This experience is open to all levels and designed to be gentle and supportive.
Is this a workout-style yoga class?
No. Sunset Sanctuary is focused on nervous system restoration, relaxation, and deep rest.
Are the animals part of the experience?
The animals are present on the property and contribute to the peaceful atmosphere, though direct interaction is not guaranteed.
Is parking free?
Yes! Complimentary on-site parking is available for all guests, making it easy for you to arrive, settle in, and enjoy a peaceful evening in nature.
What if it rains?
Sunset Sanctuary is an outdoor yoga experience, thoughtfully designed to embrace the beauty of nature.

Monica is a registered nurse, embodiment guide, and retreat leader passionate about helping women regulate their nervous systems, reconnect with their bodies, and rediscover their inner wisdom. Through yoga, somatic practices, and heart-centered experiences, she creates spaces for healing, grounding, and lasting transformation.
